紫芽古樹

“野者上，園者次。陽崖陰林，紫者上，綠者次；筍者上，芽者次；葉卷上，葉舒次。”
紫芽茶為雲南古樹變異種，一年中摘採時間僅有15天，當地少數民族將紫芽茶稱為多色茶，芽頭為紫、茶乾為墨綠、茶湯為金黃、葉底為深綠。有別於其餘曬菁茶，紫芽茶擁有特別的鮮甜氣息。

Ziya Tea is a Yunnan GuShu variant, with a harvesting window of only 15 days in a year. Local ethnic groups refer to Ziya Tea as “multi-colored tea,” where the buds are purple, the dried leaves are ink-green, the tea broth is golden-yellow, and the leaf undersides are deep green. Unlike other sun-dried teas, Purple Bud Tea possesses a unique and fresh sweetness.
