在清朝晚期，大户賽在茶界就十分有名，到民國時為最 。大戶賽的毛茶與勐庫其他村寨的有點不同，曬乾後烏黑油潤，當地人稱之為「大黑葉」，泡出的茶湯明黄透亮。史料記载，大戶賽的「大黑葉」也常常被用作茶葉拼配的秘密法門，被茶人稱為「普洱茶的味精」。

勐庫十八寨之大戶賽位於雙江勐庫『大雪山」山系的西半山。茶區海拔較高，有2000米左右，終年雲霧籠罩，雨量充沛，氣候適宜，極利於大葉種茶樹的生長。此茶區茶樹樹龄平均都在200年以上，這裡的茶山生態保持得非常好。

大戶賽茶氣霸道堪比班章，水路細膩不輸易武，香氣回甘如同冰島，我們選用2018年大戶賽茶菁原料發酵而成，愈陳愈香，是值得收藏、品鑑的一款精品熟普。

2018 Dahu Sai Ripe Tea

Dahu Sai has been renowned in the tea world since the late Qing Dynasty and reached its peak popularity during the Republic of China era. The raw tea from Dahu Sai differs from other villages in Mengku: once sun-dried, it appears jet-black and glossy, earning the local nickname “Big Black Leaf.” The brewed tea produces a bright, golden-yellow liquor. Historical records mention that Dahu Sai’s “Big Black Leaf” was often used as a secret ingredient for blending, earning it the nickname “the essence of Pu’er tea” among tea enthusiasts.

Located in the western part of the Mengku “Daxueshan” mountain range, Dahu Sai is one of the eighteen villages of Mengku, sitting at a high altitude of around 2,000 meters. The area is covered in mist year-round, with ample rainfall and an ideal climate for the growth of large-leaf tea trees. The average age of tea trees in this area is over 200 years, and the tea-growing environment remains well-preserved.

Dahu Sai tea has a powerful character comparable to Ban Zhang, a delicate texture rivaling Yi Wu, and a returning sweetness similar to Bing Dao. This 2018 Dahu Sai tea is made from high-quality tea leaves, fermented to enhance its aroma over time. It is a premium ripe Pu’er tea, perfect for both collecting and tasting.

2018年 大戸賽熟茶

清朝末期から大戸賽は茶業界で非常に有名で、民国時代にはさらに注目されました。大戸賽の毛茶は勐庫の他の村の茶とは異なり、日干しすると黒く艶やかになるため、地元では「大黒葉」と呼ばれています。この茶を淹れると明るく透明な黄色の茶湯が得られます。歴史的資料によると、大戸賽の「大黒葉」はブレンドの秘密の手法としてよく使用され、茶人から「プーアル茶の味の素」と称されることもあります。

勐庫十八寨の一つである大戸賽は、雙江勐庫「大雪山」山系の西側半山に位置しています。茶区の標高は約2000メートルと高く、年間を通じて霧が立ち込め、降水量が豊富で気候も適切なため、大葉種の茶樹の成長に非常に適しています。この茶区の茶樹の樹齢は平均して200年以上で、茶山の生態環境も良好に保たれています。
