雲南臨滄之巔，冰島五寨之一的南迫，静臥於海拔約1800米的原始密林之中。作為冰島五寨中樹齡最長、甜韻最盛的代表。南迫古樹見證了冰烏老案的歲月流轉，是大葉種千年傳承中，最溫柔且深情的一筆。
茶樹樹齡平均於四百至五百年間，古茶林分布廣、植被覆蓋度高，生態原始、氣場厚重。以傳統日曬毛茶工藝精製。保留了茶菁原生酵化節奏與冰島茶獨有的甘韻氣息
茶湯淡金柔透。甜香輕盈而不浮，入口清甜即顯，層層綿延至喉底。尾段久浸不澀，反而回吐清香，甜中帶潤，喉韻深長，是對”冰島古樹茶「柔甜之極」”的經典詮釋。

2025 Bingdao Ancient Tree: Nanpo
A Sip of Nanpo: Sweetness that Soaks the Soul
Deep within the primeval forests of Lincang, Yunnan, at an altitude of approximately 1,800 meters, lies Nanpo—one of the five famed villages of the Bingdao region. Renowned for harboring the oldest trees and the most profound sweetness among the five villages, Nanpo stands as a witness to the passing ages. It represents the most gentle and soulful expression of the millennium-old Large-Leaf variety lineage.
The tea trees here average 400 to 500 years of age. Nestled within a vast ancient tea forest with dense canopy cover, the ecosystem remains pristine, possessing a powerful and grounded “Qi.” Crafted using traditional sun-dried maocha techniques, this selection preserves the natural enzymatic rhythm of the leaves and the signature honeyed resonance unique to Bingdao tea.
Tasting Profile
• Appearance: The infusion is a delicate, translucent pale gold.
• Aroma: A light, ethereal sweetness that remains grounded and elegant.
• Palate: Upon entry, a pure, crystalline sweetness is immediately apparent, unfolding in layers that reach deep into the throat.

南迫（ナンハク）の一啜り、心に染み入る甘美なる潤い
雲南臨滄の頂、氷島五寨の一つである**南迫（ナンハク）**は、標高約1,800メートルの原始の密林の中に静かに佇んでいます。氷島五寨の中でも最も樹齢が長く、最も豊かな甘みを誇る代表格です。南迫の古樹は、氷島という土地の歳月の流れを見守り続けてきた、大葉種千年の伝承における「最も優しく情熱的な一筆」といえるでしょう。
茶樹の平均樹齢は400年から500年。広大な古茶樹の森は豊かな植生に覆われ、原始的な生態系と重厚な気（オーラ）を纏っています。伝統的な天日干し（曬青）製法により、茶葉が持つ本来の発酵リズムと、氷島茶特有の蜜のような甘みを余すことなく引き出しました。

• 水色： 淡い黄金色で、柔らかな透明感があります。
