每年僅春初擇日手採，茶菁肥厚芽葉鮮活。藝寶堂與恭嘗茶業全程監制，從柴火手炒到自然日曬，不假機械、不省工序，保留原始氣息與茶山靈韻。

Hidden deep within the pristine mountains of Baiying Mountain, the millennia-old Ergazi ancient tea trees stand as living witnesses to time. Their remarkable chessboard-like root systems extend deep into rocky crevices and rich red soil, drawing strength from the earth itself. Ergazi is a rare indigenous cultivar unique to Baiying Mountain’s native tea lineage. Having endured centuries of changing seasons, these ancient trees continue to flourish, producing leaves with an elegance and character found nowhere else.

Each spring, only the earliest and finest buds are carefully harvested by hand. Every stage of production is meticulously supervised by Yibaotang × Gong Chang Tea, from traditional wood-fired pan-firing to natural sun-drying. No mechanical processing is employed, and no traditional craftsmanship is omitted, preserving the tea’s authentic character and the true spirit of Baiying Mountain.

The liquor is brilliant, crystal clear, and exceptionally pure. Its aroma is refined yet profound, unfolding with graceful floral notes and quiet elegance. The palate is smooth, sweet, and remarkably layered, coating the throat with a lingering sweetness. 白鶯山の奥深い山あいには、千年の時を重ねた**二嘎子（アルガズ）**の古茶樹が静かに息づいています。碁盤の目のように広がる根は岩の隙間と赤土の奥深くまで伸び、大地の生命力をそのまま吸い上げるかのように力強く育まれています。二嘎子は、白鶯山固有の系譜を受け継ぐ希少な在来品種であり、幾百年もの歳月を経てもなお豊かな葉を茂らせ、自然が育んだ気品ある香りを生み出しています。

毎年、春の訪れとともに最良の時期だけを選び、一芽一葉を丁寧に手摘みします。製茶は藝寶堂 × 恭嘗茶業が全工程を監修し、薪火による伝統的な手炒りから自然の日干しまで、一切の機械化に頼ることなく、昔ながらの製法を忠実に守りながら仕上げています。こうして白鶯山本来の風味と山の息吹をそのまま茶葉に宿しています。
