豆腐寨古樹

豆腐寨位於雲南省臨滄市勐庫鎮西半山茶區，隸屬公弄大寨，為勐庫西半山具有深厚底蘊的重要古茶寨之一。茶寨坐落於大雪山山系之中，高海拔產茶聚落形成連片古茶園。

豆腐寨地勢層層遞升，山林環繞、生態完整，茶園與原始森林共生，呈現人與自然共存的原始茶山樣貌。

豆腐寨古樹多分布於海拔約一千八百公尺，選用勐庫大葉種精製而成。

茶樹生長於富含有機質的山地土壤之中，吸收森林養分，內質厚實且層次豐富。茶湯表現濃郁醇厚，帶有淡雅花香氣，湯感滑順飽滿且回甘迅速持久，香氣縈繞齒間並具良好耐泡度。

2026 Doufuzhai Ancient Tree Tea

Doufuzhai is located on the western side of the Mengku tea region in Lincang, Yunnan Province. Administratively part of Gongnong Village, it is one of the historic ancient tea villages that define the character of western Mengku. Nestled within the Da Xue Shan mountain range, the village’s high-altitude landscape is home to extensive ancient tea gardens.

The village rises along the mountainside and is surrounded by well-preserved forests. Ancient tea gardens grow alongside native woodland, creating a landscape where tea cultivation and the natural ecosystem have long existed in harmony.

The ancient tea trees are found at elevations of around 1,800 metres and belong to the Mengku large-leaf variety.

Rooted in mountain soils rich in organic matter and nourished by the surrounding forest, the trees produce leaves with remarkable depth and complexity. The liquor is rich and mellow, complemented by delicate floral notes. Smooth and full-bodied on the palate, it develops a lingering sweetness with excellent endurance through multiple infusions.

豆腐寨は、雲南省臨滄市勐庫鎮西半山茶区に位置し、公弄大寨に属する歴史ある古茶寨の一つです。大雪山山系の高地に広がる茶産地で、古茶園がまとまって残る勐庫西半山を代表する産地として知られています。

茶寨は山の斜面に沿って広がり、豊かな森林に囲まれています。古茶園と原生林が調和する自然環境の中で、人と自然が共生する昔ながらの茶山の景観が今も受け継がれています。

古樹茶は標高約1,800メートルに生育する勐庫大葉種を使用しています。

有機質に富んだ山地の土壌と森林の豊かな恵みに育まれた茶葉は、厚みのある味わいと豊かな層を備えています。茶湯は濃厚でまろやかさがあり、ほのかな花香が調和します。なめらかな口当たりと豊かなコク、素早く広がる回甘、そして優れた耐泡性が特徴です。
