「紫者上，綠者次」。紫芽茶為雲南古樹變異種，一年僅有十五天的摘採時間，需要氣侯與茶季完美搭配才能出現的珍貴茶菁，當地少數民族也將其稱為多色茶，芽頭綠中带紫、茶乾為黑褐、茶湯為金黃、葉底為墨綠，為稀有的古樹茶變異種。

有別於其他的曬菁毛茶，紫芽茶擁有特殊的鮮甜風味，茶湯入口後甜香充沛，陳化過後其香甜氣息會更加馥郁迷人。

2026 Ancient Tree Purple Bud Tea

“Purple is prized above green.” This traditional saying reflects the rarity of Purple Bud Tea. A natural variation of Yunnan ancient tea trees, Purple Bud Tea has a harvesting window of only around fifteen days each year, appearing only when climate and seasonal conditions align. Among local ethnic communities, it is also known as “multicoloured tea.” The fresh buds show shades of green and purple, the dry leaves are deep brown, the liquor is golden, and the infused leaves reveal a dark green hue—an exceptional expression of ancient tree tea.

Unlike conventional sun-dried maocha, Purple Bud Tea is known for its naturally sweet and vibrant character. The liquor is rich in floral sweetness with a lingering, refreshing finish. As the tea matures, its sweetness and aroma continue to develop, becoming even more elegant and expressive.

2026年 紫芽古樹茶

「紫を上とし、緑を次とする」という言葉があるように、紫芽茶は古くから珍重されてきました。雲南の古樹茶に見られる希少な自然変異種で、収穫できる期間は一年のうちわずか約15日間。気候と茶季の条件が揃った年にのみ芽吹く貴重な茶葉です。現地の少数民族からは「多色茶」とも呼ばれ、新芽は緑に紫を帯び、乾茶は黒褐色、茶湯は黄金色、葉底は深い緑色へと変化する、美しい特徴を備えています。

一般的な晒青毛茶とは異なり、紫芽茶は自然でみずみずしい甘みが際立つ味わいです。口に含むと豊かな甘い香りが広がり、すっきりとした余韻が続きます。熟成を重ねることで、その甘みと香りはいっそう深まり、より豊かな風味へと育っていきます。
